Ben came home from nursery school, jumped into his dad's lap and asked: Where did I come
from?
Dad cleared his throat and attempted a simple, but complete answer to his son's question.
Ben was slightly fidgeting by the time his dad finished. Well, he said, I just wondered, because
Mary said she came from Birmingham.
