THE ELEVENTH SUNDAY OF YEAR C:
12/13th June 2010
Fr Frank writes:
How about some good news?
I attended the Council of Priests meeting last week when the subject of vocations came up. The Bishop announced that he
was pleased to confirm that there were six from our diocese who would be beginning their seminary studies in September.
Priest numbers may be declining, but this is really good news. The Bishop attributes it to the power of prayer - all those
prayers for Vocations during the current Year of the Priest. Let's keep it up!
With every blessing.
Father Frank
